With a 127.6% growth, Real Estate Valuation Transactions in Ajman exceed AED 4.37 Billion During the First Quarter of 2025.

The Real Estate Report issued by the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman revealed that 549 Real Estate valuation transactions were recorded during the first quarter of this year, with a total value exceeding AED 4.37 billion. This represents a significant growth of 127.6% compared to the same period in 2024.

His Excellency Eng. Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, confirmed that valuation transactions for Real Estate valuation project units reached 168 transactions, valued   AED 156.38 million. He explained that the Department recorded 399 Real Estate valuation transactions, specifically for golden residency permits for investors, with a total value exceeding AED 1.08 billion.

He added that the data contained in the Real Estate Report reflects the performance of Ajman real estate market, which is witnessing growing demand for various types of properties. He noted that the number of Commercial Real Estate valuation transactions reached 140 transaction , with a total value exceeding AED 2.81 billion, ahead of Residential real estate, which reached AED 855.8 million. Industrial real estate ranked third with AED 681 million.

The Director General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation explained that the Quarterly Real Estate Report also included personal valuation transactions and valuations for courts and institutions.
