His Highness Sheikh Abdulaziz Bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Chairman of the Ajman Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, confirmed that the real estate classification project had a great impact in consolidating the culture of positive competition and excellence at real estate offices and buildings and developing their performance in a way that achieves the level of visions and aspirations of the wise leadership aimed at improving the real estate sector and strengthen the position of Ajman as a modern city where all means of luxury and comfort are available to the residents, in line with the needs of the various segments of society.

This came during a ceremony to announce the results of the third cycle of the real estate classification project held by the department at the Ajman Saray Hotel, in the presence of a number of senior officials, investors and businessmen in the Emirate of Ajman.

His Highness Sheikh Abdulaziz Bin Humaid Al Nuaimi honored the winners of the prizes of the third cycle of the real estate classification project, which witnessed the generating of two new categories, the “golden category of real estate offices” and the “facilities management companies” category, stressing the aspirations of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation to make a paradigm shift in the level of services provided by common parts management companies and to improve their performance to keep abreast with the development plan sought by the department, especially improving the quality of real estate projects and residential complexes, and strengthening the position of Ajman as a modern city and one of the most important and prominent investment destinations in the region due to its competitive components and advantages, thanks to the good vision of His Highness Sheikh Humaid Bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, member of the Supreme Council (Ruler of the Emirate of Ajman – may God protect him) and the vigorous pursuit of His Highness Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman.

In turn, His Excellency Eng. Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, General Director of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, said that the positive results of the third cycle of the real estate classification project, which included 735 real estate offices, confirm the extent of the commitment of the various concerned groups and their ability to adapt to the strict and accurate standards set by the Department in order to organize the work of real estate offices, buildings and facilities management companies and improve their quality levels to keep abreast with the requirements of sustainable development sought by the Emirate of Ajman at all levels and in various fields.
