Ajman Ownership Package

To create a  point of contact between the Department of Land & Real Estate Regulation and all entities,

the client will need to follow-up after the registration of the property, namely; the Electricity and Water Authority,

Ajman Sewerage Corporation, Etisalat, the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs, Ports Security

through notifications sent to all authorities concerned with the client data. The authorities shall receive the

application addressed to them from the Land and Real Estate Regulation Department system

 

Proactive Licenses Package

Clients shall apply for the property license service via Economic Development Department System, Tasheel Center.

Department of Land & Real Estate Regulation, and as a proactive service, then sends the Certification of the

Real-estate Developer / Real-estate Office, Real-estate Professional Practice Card, before being requested by

the Client, shortening of time and effort on the owner
