The semi-annual report issued by the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman revealed that the total active real estate licenses during the first half of 2022 amounted to 841 licenses, and the growth rate of the “request to issue a license” service reached 81%, while the growth rate of the “request to renew a license” service increased by 42% compared to the same period in 2021.

His Excellency Eng. Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, explained that the Emirate of Ajman has succeeded in enhancing the business environment and improving the investment climate and has made a huge leap in the field of providing digital services, as investors can complete their transactions in record time with simple procedures, great advantages and facilities and smooth and secure payment methods that fits the requirements of entrepreneurs and supports them to establish and conduct their business with ease and convenience, at any time and from anywhere.

Al Muhairi said that the digital transformation achieved by the department was positively reflected on several levels, especially the speed of completion of transactions and the enhancement of levels of satisfaction and happiness among the various categories of stakeholders, stressing that the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation has developed its digital system in order to provide exceptional options for customers and provide them with an integrated smart experience in line with the trends of and aspirations of the Ajman government.
