The Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman was ranked the first Arab and the fifth world entity in the easy practice of the business of registering properties according to the report issued by the World Bank in 2019, with a difference of 2.4 points from the first rank.

Moreover, the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman has internationally led a number of sub-indices; namely the number of measures, time taken and costs, and thus, managed to compete with the most important international economies. The Department has achieved a notable progress in the business activity prospect ad achieved a grade that is higher than the average of GCC countries.

The Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation Chairman, HH Sheikh Abdulaziz Bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, praised this achievement and the Department progress, excellence and leadership in the business activity and its leaps on the road toward success.

HH Al Nuaimi assured that the instructions of the wise leadership highlighted the importance of simplifying measures, facilitating business and providing the best services according to the most important practices and highest international standards. HH Al Nuaimi further explained that the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation has developed its work systems related to real estate transactions to enable its employees to meet the needs of the Department clients and even exceed their expectations in the easy access to services and completion of transactions at record times.
