H.H Sheikh Abdul-Aziz bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Chairman of Ajman Department of Land and Real Estate Regulatory, attended the Ramadan Real Estate Council, which was held by the department in cooperation with the Citizens Affairs Office to discuss the prospects for investment in the real estate sector and how to develop and revitalize it considering the components and advantages of the emirate, with the participation of the strategic partners of the Department, major investors and Businessmen and the elite of the media.

H.H Sheikh Abdul-Aziz bin Humaid Al Nuaimi emphasized that the Emirate of Ajman, under the leadership of H. H Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, member of the UAE Supreme Council and Ruler of Ajman – may God protect him – and the follow-up of H.H Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman, has achieved a paradigm shift and a big breakthrough at all levels and in various economic sectors, notably the real estate sector, which these days constitutes major attraction point for local and foreign investments, due to its distinctive components which it offers, and the promising investment opportunities that are aligned with the needs and interest of investors and entrepreneurs.

The head of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation pointed to the need to enhance the investors’ experience to participate in building a solid real estate system and a developed market based on cooperation and positive partnership between all parties to the real estate business, stressing the central role of real estate offices prominent position and brokers in maintaining the reputation of the Ajman real estate market and its locally, regionally and globally.

On his part, H.E Eng. Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, said that the topics of discussion in this session focused on investment opportunities in the Emirate of Ajman, the challenges facing investors in the real estate sector, and the extent to which legislation supports this vital sector, stressing that the department was keen to involve investors and its strategic partners to come up with recommendations and initiatives that would contribute to achieving the objectives of this session, and support the department’s direction in promoting real estate investment, and introducing the most prominent opportunities and vital attractions in the Emirate of Ajman.
