“Ajman Lands” briefs a delegation from the Sharjah Roads and Transport Authority on the Best Practices in Customer Happiness

Based on its keenness to enhance partnership, transfer knowledge and exchange expertise with various government entities and institutions in the country, the Department of Lands and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman received a delegation from the Sharjah Roads and Transport Authority who came to review the best practices in the field of customer happiness.

The meeting, which was chaired by Nouf Al Kaabi, Director of the Customer Happiness Center, witnessed a review of the Department’s most prominent experiences and distinguished initiatives that contributed to enriching the customers journey and raising their level of satisfaction and happiness, in addition to providing a comprehensive explanation of the most prominent innovative projects and work methods followed to enhance the efficiency of institutional performance.

Nouf Al Kaabi stressed that the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation is keen to share its expertise and successful experiences with various entities and institutions, based on its belief that knowledge exchange in government work plays a pivotal role in achieving sustainable excellence and helps develop the work system by adopting best practices and enhancing readiness to face potential challenges.

The delegation of the Sharjah Roads and Transport Authority was briefed on the efforts of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation and its best practices, which resulted in the Customer Happiness Center receiving a 6-star rating according to the global star rating system for service classification.

The visiting delegation also toured the Customer Happiness Center, during which they learned more about the digital work systems and integrated service packages provided by the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation to its customers through the digital services portal and service delivery offices.
