Cooperation between Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation and Ajman Business Women Council

The Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation and Ajman Business Women Council signed a cooperation agreement to strength joint action between the two parties and to coordinate in order to support the emirate’s direction and its endeavors to improve the quality of life and enhance social responsibility among different classes and sectors within society.

The agreement was signed by Mr. Ahmed Khalfan Al Shamsi, Acting Director General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, and Dr. Amna Khalifa Al Ali, Chairman of Ajman Business Women Council.

Mr. Ahmed Khalfan Al Shamsi, Acting Director General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, stressed the importance of signing this agreement to lay down the foundations for joint cooperation and combine efforts to provide high-end and diversified services to the concerned groups and to enhance quality policies and excellence systems implemented by Ajman government. He explained that the two parties agreed on the importance of supporting and encouraging national businesswomen to invest in the real estate industry and benefit from the initiatives and projects adopted by the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulatory within the framework of its plan to enhance the performance of the real estate market, empower and qualify Emirati youth of both genders, develop their skills and promote their culture on real estate trading laws.

H.E. Dr. Amna Khalifa Al Ali, Chairman of Ajman Businesswomen Council, said that Emirati women have demonstrated their worth and ability to achieve successes in different fields and disciplines, stressing the importance of signing a cooperation agreement with the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in order to qualify businesswomen and enable them to enter the real estate market and provide them with skills and expertise necessary to achieve success and contribute to advancing economic growth, especially in light of the support of the wise leadership and its keenness to involve Emirati women in the process of progress and prosperity.
