Under the generous patronage of His Highness Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, a member of the UAE Supreme Council and the Ruler of Ajman, the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation hosts from 20 to 21 March “Ajman Real Estate Investment Exhibition” at Emirates Hospitality Center, with the participation of the most prominent real estate development companies and real estate offices, in addition to the largest national, in the presence of a group of senior officials, decision makers, experts and specialists in the real estate field.

H.H. Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, the Head of the Department of Lands and Real Estate Regulation, stated that the Ajman Real Estate Investment Exhibition is one of the most prominent real estate events during 2023, due to its positive effects in the real estate market in Ajman, especially in terms of promotion that taking great interest by the Department of Lands and Real Estate Regulation in line with its plan aiming at encouraging investment in the Emirate, supporting investors and entrepreneurs, and accompanying them in establishing their businesses and real estate projects.

He said that the department aims, through the organization of Ajman Real Estate Investment Exhibition, to highlight the enormous investment potentials that the Emirate possesses, especially in the real estate field, and to review the promising projects and various investment opportunities that Ajman offers to investors and to all those interested in real estate affairs in the region. He added that the largest real estate development companies in the Emirate will attend to display 13 real estate investment projects, which is a favorable opportunity for those wishing to buy and own real estate in the Emirate of Ajman.

H.E. Eng. Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, the Director General of the Department of Lands and Real Estate Regulation, said that the agenda of Ajman Real Estate Investment Exhibition will include important topics to be presented by a group of real estate experts and specialists on sustainability in real estate projects, optimal planning for real estate investment opportunities, real estate asset management, as well as the circular economy, the future of real estate in the Metaverse and other roundtables in the field of real estate investment and development.

Al Muhairi explained that the real estate development companies participating in Ajman Real Estate Investment Exhibition are: GJ Real Estate”, “R Holding”, “Al Rasikhoon Real Estate”, “Salsabeel Real Estate”, “Al Janahi Real Estate Center” and “Hadramout Real Estate”. He called for all those interested to visit the exhibition, have direct access to the promising investment opportunities and benefit from the roundtables to be held and the rich topics to be presented.
