The Ajman Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation held a meeting with a delegation from the Federal Tax Authority (FTA) to discuss the unification of procedures and the enhancement of cooperation to ensure that investors in the real estate sector comply with all applicable tax laws and regulations.

The meeting also addressed mechanisms for data and information exchange between the relevant entities, as well as ways to streamline registration and monitoring procedures, and to establish a clear framework to achieve full compliance with tax requirements.
