His Excellency Engineer Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman, confirmed that within the framework of the strategic partnership that brings together the Department with the Union Water and Electricity Company, and in cooperation and coordination with the competent local authorities, electricity and water service was connected to the Ajman Uptown project to all units that met the requirements for the connection request. He explained that the process of delivering electricity service continues gradually to include the rest of the units according to the readiness of each individual request.

Al Muhairi said that the Department is continuing with its plan aimed at enhancing the comfort and well-being of the residents of the Emirate of Ajman, under the direct guidance and follow-up of Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Head of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, who is constantly keen to follow up on various real estate projects in the emirate and stresses the need for commitment of real estate development companies and management companies to Provide amenities for inhabitants and enhancing the quality of life in various residential complexes.

The Director General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation explained that efforts are continuing to complete the process of connecting the electricity service and accelerating the pace of completion in real estate projects, within the time frame and work plan specified in coordination with real estate development companies and the Union Water and Electricity Company.
