Ajman Municipality and Planning Department and Department of Lands and Real Estate Regulation sign a memorandum of understanding

The memorandum was signed on behalf of the Municipality Department by H.E. Abdulrahman Mohammed Al Nuaimi, the Director General of the Department, and on behalf of the Department of Lands and Real Estate Regulation by H.E. Excellency Eng. Omar Ahmed Bin Omair Al Muhairi, the Director General of the Department, in the presence of a number of officials of both parties.

H.E. Abdulrahman Mohammed Al Nuaimi stressed that the Municipality Department is keen to extend bridges of joint cooperation with all authorities, departments and institutions and to open new horizons of work to achieve the vision of Ajman government and its strategic objectives. He indicated that all the departments work to serve the community and provide perfect services impacting substantially on the lives of all people, in line with the strategic objective of operations and corporate performance sustainability.

H.E. Excellency Eng. Omar Ahmed Bin Omair Al Muhairi, meanwhile, valued the close strategic partnership with Ajman Municipality and Planning Department. He confirmed the importance of signing this memorandum to consolidate joint efforts and improve customers’ journey through developing innovative solutions and modern digital work methods that support the common vision of the two sides, in order to improve the performance of government work and provide integrated services that meet the aspirations of various concerned groups.

Al Muhairi explained that the Department of Lands and Real Estate Regulation and the Department of Municipality and Planning are constantly working to simplify and develop work procedures by strengthening the electronic linking process and facilitating the exchange of engineering data and reflecting them in the electronic system, which reduces the time for completing transactions and upgrade the quality and accuracy of joint operations, especially those related to the issuance of plans and valuation of plots of land, the consolidation of archive data, re-planning operations and other services related to real estate firms, owners and investors.
