The Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman announced the completion of 904 real estate appraisals during the year 2021, with a total value of 5.6 billion dirhams.

His Excellency Eng. Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, confirmed that the real estate appraisal processes were carried out in accordance with modern updated methods with the aim of ensuring transparency and accuracy and providing real information and data that reflect the performance of the real estate market and provide dealers and investors with an integrated service that facilitates to them making decisions related to any real estate activity by knowing the real value of real estate away from fictitious speculation, explaining that real estate appraisals varied between commercial, residential and industrial real estate in addition to agricultural, where commercial real estate obtained the largest share of the total value of the appraisal at 3.2 billion dirhams.

The annual real estate report for the year 2021 stated that the real estate appraisal operations included both the personal assessment and the assessment of courts and institutions, as well as the assessment of long-term golden residencies for investors whose real estate investments are not less than two million dirhams, where they numbered 426 assessment processes, representing 53% of the total Completed evaluation with a total value of 1.8 billion dirhams.
