His Highness explained that the project for classification of buildings and real estate offices won the Distinguished Government Project Award confirming the success of the project and its achievement of its ruler goals, as the Emirate of Ajman witnessed a remarkable improvement in the performance of real estate offices and the quality of building facilities and services provided that the department always seeks to improve and the standard of living of community members

The Head of the Land and Real Estate Regulatory Department also congratulated the owners of real estate offices and holy buildings during the ceremony, calling them to the need to maintain the quality of performance and work on continuous improvement of services in order to achieve the happiness of community members and contribute effectively to achieving the vision of Ajman 2021, as His Highness honored Mr. Salem Matar Al Shamsi, owner of Al Shamsi Real Estate Office, which is the oldest real estate office in Ajman, due to his efforts and his effective role in the real estate market in Ajman

For his part, the Director General of the Department, His Excellency Abdulaziz bin Nasser Al-Nuaimi, confirmed the 100% increase in the participation of real estate owners in the classification system compared to the previous evaluation cycle, where several buildings won for the first time a five-star rating, in addition to an increase in the number of real estate offices with a five-star and four-star rating. These are indicators that confirm the success of the project and the awareness of workers in the real estate market of the need to adopt excellence and creativity as a method of work to achieve the desired goals efficiently and effectively.

And on the results of the second evaluation session for the classification of buildings and real estate offices project, 4 real estate offices received a five-star rating, which is “Al-Rashkhon Real Estate Office”, “Al-Janahi Real Estate Center”, “Housing Property”, and “Al Jasmi Real Estate”, and 35 real estate offices received a rating of four Stars .
