Ajman Lands Wins Two Gold Awards at The “Stevie” Global Awards
The Department of Lands and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman won two gold awards at the Stevie Global Awards for the two categories “Innovative Achievements in Customer Satisfaction” and “Innovation in Customer Service, Planning and Practice” during the ceremony organized by the Stevie Global Awards in the presence of elite group of specialists and leading entities in the field of innovation and excellence, dignitaries, officials and international entrepreneurs.
Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Chairman of the Department of Lands and Real Estate Regulation, expressed his happiness with this achievement, which is considered a new step in the path of excellence and leadership pursued by the department in line with the vision and ambition of the wise leadership keen to enhance the culture of creativity and innovation in various fields and to advance the government work system to keep up with the rapid pace of development witnessed by the Emirate of Ajman, especially in the real estate sector, as it is a basic driver of the wheel of economic growth.
The Chairman of the Department of Lands and Real Estate Regulation said that the Department’s receipt of two prestigious awards in the field of innovation and customer service confirms the Department’s interest and keenness to build its vision and future plans according to innovative methods and visions based on the needs of its customers and addressing all their requirements, stressing the need to strengthen the partnership relationship with various categories of customers and continue to work diligently to preserve the Department’s gains and raise the level of performance to achieve the desired strategic goals.
For his part, His Excellency Eng. Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, said that the Department’s receipt of two gold awards at the Stevie Global Awards is the result of the directives of the wise leadership and the efforts of a distinguished and creative work team that succeeded in implementing a group of innovative initiatives and projects that were carefully designed to please customers and provide them with the finest services.
He confirmed that the Department was able to achieve comprehensive digital transformation and reduce customer waiting time to 3 minutes, in addition to integrating a number of services and establishing strategic partnerships to improve customer experience and enhance electronic connectivity with various partners through the digital services portal, the Department’s official website and the UAE digital wallet.
