To support and strengthen the existing cooperation between them and unify the joint efforts between the two parties to serve all categories of customers, the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman and Aqar Company signed a memorandum of understanding.

Each of H.E. Eng. Omar Bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation and Mr. Ghaleb Jaber, CEO of Aqar Company signed the agreement.

The Department is constantly seeking to enhance the levels of coordination and cooperation with its strategic partners and real estate developers to advance the performance of the real estate market, enhance the reputation and positions of the Emirate of Ajman as one of the most growing cities in the region, stimulate investment in the real estate market and upgrade the level of quality and sustainability of projects in line with the directives of the wise leadership. He stressed the importance of signing the memorandum of understanding with “Aqar company” to improve services, simplify procedures and shorten the time for completing transactions by activating the electronic link between the two parties and exchanging all information and data related to the real estate issue, said H.E. Eng. Omar Bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation.

On his part, Mr. Ghaleb Jaber, CEO of Aqar, expressed his happiness at signing the memorandum of understanding with the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation. He stressed Aqar’s commitment and keenness to hold fruitful strategic partnerships that contribute to achieving the company’s goals and vision and enhance coordination with the competent authorities to find current and future solutions in different fields.
