Ammar Al Nuaimi Witnesses the Launch of the “Ownership Package in Ajman”

His Highness Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of Ajman and Chairman of the Executive Council, witnessed the signing of a cooperation agreement between the Government of Ajman, represented by the Department of Lands and Real Estate Regulation, and the Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship, Customs and Ports Security, the Union Electricity and Water Corporation, the Ajman Sewerage Corporation, and Etisalat Corporation, within the framework of joint cooperation to implement the “Ownership Package in Ajman” project, the implementation of which is supervised by Ajman Digital Department.

The project is based on designing the customer’s journey to own a property in the Emirate of Ajman, while providing proactive services by several governmental and private entities, which saves effort and time for the new property owner, and reduces the duration of requesting all services from 5 days to only 10 minutes.

Through the development of this package, the Ajman Digital Department, in cooperation with the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman, seeks to raise the quality of life in the Emirate of Ajman by reducing government requirements for purchasing real estate, and providing proactive, fast, integrated and reliable services in cooperation with strategic partners.

The signing ceremony of the agreement, which took place at the Emiri Diwan in Ajman, was attended by Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Head of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, His Excellency Engineer Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, Her Excellency Dr. Ohood Shuhail, Director General of the Department of Digital Government, and His Excellency Brigadier Ahmed Ibrahim Al Mannai, Executive Director of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in Ajman, His Excellency Abdul Rahman Al Nuaimi – Executive Director of Government Relations and VIPs in Etisalat, His Excellency Yousef Al Ajmani, Executive Director of Ajman Sewerage Company, and His Excellency Salem bin Rabia, Chief Commercial Officer of the Union for Water and Electricity.

On this occasion, His Highness Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi praised the Ownership Package project in Ajman due to its great importance in the comprehensive digital transformation process desired by the Ajman government and its continuous endeavors towards improving the quality of services and providing an exceptional experience to customers by relying on technology , the latest techniques and innovative modern methods in the areas of government work.

​ His Highness stressed that this agreement would enhance integration between government and private agencies concerned with implementing this ambitious project and is a fundamental and important step to achieve the desired goals, especially those related to enhancing customer experience and facilitating procedures for providing government services, in line with the aspirations of the wise leadership and its forward-looking vision aimed at consolidating the position of the Emirate of Ajman as a sustainable and pioneering city in various sectors and fields.

For his part, Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Head of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, said that the launch of the ownership package in Ajman is the result of joint efforts between the Department and its strategic partners and a true embodiment of the aspirations of customers who contributed effectively and directly to the completion of this project through their opinions and suggestions, stressing that the Department is continuously keen to create a participatory climate with its customers and looks forward to strengthening this relationship by adopting specific initiatives and projects that meet the needs of all concerned groups.

He explained that the ownership package in Ajman is an integrated proactive services package that includes several services from government and private agencies, which reduces the effort and time of the property owner, thanks to the electronic linking process and the unified data provided by the concerned authorities, as the duration of requesting all services was reduced from 5 days to 10 minutes only in addition to reducing the number of visits to service centers from 4 visits to one visit.

For his part, His Excellency Engineer Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, confirmed that the launch of the ownership package in Ajman is a continuation of the Department’s efforts and endeavors to raise the efficiency of institutional performance, achieve integration between various sectors, provide a smart experience for customers, and provide them with a bundle of innovative packages of high value and extreme efficiency, appreciating of the efforts of the joint work team and their excellence in designing and completing this project.

In turn, Her Excellency Dr. Ohood Ali Shehail, Director General of the Ajman Digital Department, said: “At the Ajman Digital Department, we believe that the integration and interconnection of digital services is the way to enhance an exceptional customer experience and provide proactive services, embodying the directives of His Highness Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of the Emirate of Ajman and Chairman of the Executive Council.

She added: In designing the ownership package in Ajman, we relied on the latest technical methods to connect services in an integrated manner through the electronic linking platform, which contributes to exchanging customer data with strategic partners quickly and securely.

She continued: We are keen to improve the quality of life for citizens and residents of the Emirate of Ajman, and we will continue our endeavor to innovate and improve our services in a way that enables us to keep pace with strategic ambitions and future aspirations.
