Ajman Lands holds the first real estate auction for 2021

The Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation at its headquarters in Ajman held the first real estate auction for 2021, during which a group of real estates were offered for sale in the areas of Al Nuaimiya 3, Mushairif and Al Zahia.

H.E. Eng. Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director-General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation said: “Through holding these real estate auctions, we seek to organize the sale of land and real estate in a modern and innovative manner that supports the directions of the wise leadership and achieves the strategic goals aimed at promoting the accelerating pace of growth witnessed by the real estate sector in the Emirate of Ajman, increasing its contribution in stimulating the local economy and creating new and promising invement opportunities.

On his part, Yousef Al Shamsi, Head of the Auctions Committee confirmed that the Department successeded in organizing the first edition of the real estate auction in its new format, in the presence of a large number of investors and clients wishing to purchase the offered real estates in all transparency, easiness and ease of procedures. He also stressed that the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation was keen to organize the real estate auction according to the laws and regulations set by the Government of Ajman to guarantee the rights of all parties and enhance the confidence of investors and businessmen in the economic climate in the Emirate of Ajman, especially the real estate sector, which has been going through a remarkable recovery period since the beginning of this year.
