Ajman Department of Land organizes field visits to estimate offices and real estate buildings by the beginning of September 2019

The Real Estate Classification Project team is working on preparing to the stage of the field visits to evaluate the offices and real estate buildings as part of the project plan which was launched recently with special follow-up by His Highness the Chairman of the Department, Sheikh Abdul Aziz Bin Humaid Al Nuaimi. The project is the first of its kind in the world, which deals with the classification of offices and buildings of the Emirate of Ajman within the criteria designed according to the highest international standards in this regard. The field assessment phase will start at the beginning of September and will remain until December 2019.

The Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation calls on all workers in the real estate market in the Emirate to intensify their cooperation with residents, and to abide by the regulations and legislations. The Department confirmed that the real estate offices that have not renewed their registration certificate in the Department are not included in the scope of real estate estimation, in order to achieve its objectives.
