Ajman lands link its services to “UAE Pass Digital Identity

Ajman Land and Real Estate Regulatory Department announced the completion of linking its services to “digital identity” where customers of the Department can complete their transactions through the digital services portal through “UAE Digital Identity” through smartphones and without the need to review the department.

E. Engineer Omar Bin Omeir Al Mehairi, Director General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, said that the Department has taken an important step towards achieving a comprehensive digital transformation through its strategic and effective partnership with Ajman Digital Department, which has resulted in linking the department’s services to “digital identity”, which contributes to improving the experience of customers and allows them to complete their transactions easily and safely while maintaining the highest degree of confidentiality and privacy.

Al Mehairi stressed that this important step will raise the efficiency of the institutional performance of the department and enhance the happiness of customers and their satisfaction with the level of quality of services provided, which the Department is keen to simplify and provide according to modern and innovative methods that keep pace with the digital transformation sought by the government, and translate the aspirations of the rational leadership and its vision for the future of government work.
