Ajman Department of Land Looks to the Future of Real Estate Sector

Under the guidance and patronage of Sheikh Abdulaziz Bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Ajman Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation held a brainstorming session to look to the future of real estate sector at Radisson Blu Hotel, in which real estate development companies, real estate offices and a number of officials and employees in the department participated in order to come up with a range of innovative ideas and solutions that would support and accelerate the pace of real estate development in the Emirate.

Sheikh Abdulaziz Bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Chairman of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, said that the department seeks to develop a structured approach to look into the real estate future in the Emirate of Ajman, based on modern tools and methods derived from the UAE Future Foresight’s strategy aimed at building a state that has vision, flexibility, initiative and successful and sustainable proactive capability. He stressed that Ajman, under the leadership of H.H. Sheikh Humaid Bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, a member of the Supreme Council and the Ruler of Ajman, and the follow-up of H.H. Sheikh Ammar Bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, the Crown Prince of Ajman, succeeded in developing a comprehensive road map to achieve a better future and to consolidate its achievements in all fields, especially the real estate field, which is witnessing a qualitative leap and doing positive numbers.

H.E. Eng. Omar Bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, said that the real estate future in Ajman depends on the

commitment of real estate development companies, real estate offices and all workers in this sector to the regulations and laws set out by the government, with the need to develop new methods and patterns to regulate the real estate market and upgrade it through the efficient performance of all its activists, since it has a direct and important impact on shaping the economic future of the Emirate. He emphasized the keenness of the department to organize regular meetings with its strategic partners and to hold brainstorming sessions and adopt innovative ideas and initiatives drawn therefrom.
