Real estate transactions of 4.5 billion dirhams in Ajman during third quarter, a growth of 66.6%
Real estate transactions had recorded a spectacular growth of 66.6% during the third quarter of this year, compared to the same period of 2022. This is according to the statistics mentioned in the Real Estate Report issued by the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation.
H. E. Engineer Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, the Director General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, confirmed that the number of real estate transactions reached, during the third quarter of 2023, 3010 real estate transactions with a total value exceeded 4.5 billion dirhams, while the trading volume was estimated at 2.7 billion dirhams for a total of 2281 trading transactions. He also indicated that 481 mortgage transactions were registered with a total value exceeded 1.3 billion dirhams.
Al Muhairi stated that Ajman properties are witnessing extraordinary activity and continuing to achieve positive rates, due to the various investment options available and the increasing number of investors, driving the demand for properties of different types and uses.
The Director General of the Department of Lands and Real Estate Regulation said that “Madina Towers” project topped the list of the most actively traded major projects, ahead of “Emirates City” and “Ajman One” projects. While, “Al Yasmeen” district went on top of the list of the most traded neighborhoods, followed by “Al Zahia” and “Al Helio 2”. He stated that “Al Nakheel 2” witnessed the highest value of sales at 136 million dirhams
