His Highness Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Chairman of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman, launched the “Ajman Auctions” project, which aims to regulate the sale of land and real estate by adopting innovative and renewable work methods that live up to the aspirations of the stakeholders and conform to their needs.

His Highness stressed that the new mechanism for holding real estate auctions in the Emirate of Ajman represents a major part of the continuous modernization and development plan adopted by the Department to keep pace with the rapid and remarkable development witnessed by the Emirate of Ajman at all levels under the wise leadership of His Highness Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Ajman, may Allah save him .

His Highness explained that the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation seeks through this promising project to maintain the stability of the real estate market and ensure the evaluation of trading operations based on market value, which contributes to advancing the economy and business competitiveness, and enhances the confidence of investors and businessmen in the positive prospects available in the Emirate of Ajman. Moreover, it aims to ensure that all concerned individuals, institutions and real estate offices authorized to engage in the activity of organizing real estate auctions comply with the procedures for selling land and real estate through auction.
