The Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation and Ajman University sign a Memorandum of Understanding to Support Academic and Research Fields

The Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation concluded a memorandum of understanding with Ajman University with the aim of developing and documenting the level of cooperation, enhancing the transfer of knowledge, exchanging experiences and information of common interest, and benefiting from the scientific, practical and professional capabilities of both parties.

The Memorandum was signed by His Excellency Engineer Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, and Dr. Karim Al Saghir, Director of Ajman University.

His Excellency Engineer Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, said that the signing of this Memorandum comes within the framework of the strategic partnership with Ajman University, as it is a leading body in the academic and research field and for its distinguished contributions to the setting up and empowerment of youth according to modern and advanced scientific curricula and methods.

Al Muhairi stressed that the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation is keen to support academic activities and provide internal training for students in accordance with the requirements of the Ministry of Education. It is also committed to empowering students and adopting their innovative projects, as well as providing them with the necessary skills and knowledge to enhance their competitive ability in the labor market.

Dr. Karim Al-Saghir, Director of Ajman University, expressed his deep appreciation for this strategic partnership, which embodies mutual trust and fruitful cooperation between the two sides. He said: “This agreement reflects our joint commitment to enhancing the academic and research balance in the Emirate. Through this cooperation, Ajman University seeks to open new horizons for our students and faculty members to participate in innovative and useful research projects that serve the community.”

“The partnership with the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation enables us to benefit from each other’s expertise in the fields of infrastructure and real estate development, and to provide valuable training opportunities that guarantee our students excellent practical training and good preparation to enter the labor market. Ajman University will continue to support the process of sustainable development and contribute to achieving the strategic objectives of the Emirate”.
