Ajman Land Department has launched a new smart real estate system during its participation in GITEX 2019 in Dubai, which focuses on providing all the services of the Department including registration, ownership, actions, mortgages and affidavits of real estate and real estate units in addition to services for developers and projects to organize workflow for these services to ensure Speed ​​of completion.
In conjunction with the launch of this system, the launch of new digital services through the website and smart phone applications.
The new system was inaugurated by Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Chairman of the Department of Lands and Real Estate Regulation during his visit to the Ajman government pavilion at GITEX.
