AED 8.38 billion is the total real estate valuation in Ajman in 2024
The Department of Land & Real Estate Regulation in Ajman announced the registration of 1853 real estate valuation transactions during 2024 with a total value of more than AED 8.38 billion, according to the annual data issued by the Ajman Real Estate Index.
His Excellency Engineer Omar bin Umair Al Muhairi, Director General of the Department of Land & Real Estate Regulation in Ajman, confirmed that the valuation transactions for the units of real estate development projects amounted to 594 transactions with a total of AED 361.8 million, explaining that the department registered 1512 real estate valuation transactions for golden residencies for investors with a total of AED 3.82 billion.
He said that the annual statistics reflect the volume of demand in the Ajman real estate market which confirm the attractiveness of Ajman to investors and entrepreneurs for its promising investment opportunities at competitive prices and high quality that meet their aspirations and allow them to conduct their business in a safe and stable environment and ideal conditions suitable for various segments of investors.
He pointed out that the number of commercial real estate valuation transactions amounted to 391 transactions with a total value of more than AED 5.29 billion, ahead of residential real estate, which amounted to AED 2.12 billion, while industrial real estate came third with AED 888 million.
The Director General of the Department of Land & Real Estate Regulation explained that the annual real estate report also included personal valuation transactions and the valuation of courts and institutions.
