During his inspection tour, the Chairman of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman, His Highness Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, praised the efforts of the employees and urged them to continue excellence in making customers happy and keen to provide the best services to them. He also praised the digital transformation achieved by the Department, which had a positive and effective impact in simplifying procedures and shortening the customer journey.

His Highness also met with some customers and listened to them. He stressed the extent of the Department’s keenness to take their visions and observations into consideration to raise the level and quality of the services provided.

His Highness stressed the need to redouble efforts to develop all work mechanisms and provide distinguished services that exceed the expectations of customers to achieve the aspirations and vision of the wise leadership, which places the happiness of UAE locals and residents at the top of its priorities and strives to raise the level of government services and enhance their efficiency and effectiveness.

His Highness also called for the need to intensify efforts to preserve the reputation of the Emirate of Ajman as one of the most prominent destinations for living and investment and to make a qualitative leap towards achieving sustainable development in all its dimensions, based on innovative work plans and a qualified and efficient team.
