His Excellency Eng. Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman, said that the department recorded 632 real estate dispositions during May, with a total value of 816 million dirhams, a growth of 12% compared to April 2022, while the total trading volume was estimated at 591 million dirhams, where Al-Amrah District witnessed the highest sales value of 150 million dirhams.

Al Muhairi confirmed that the real estate market in the Emirate of Ajman has become more mature and stable thanks to stimulating real estate legislation and huge competitive advantages at the regional and global levels, especially the qualitative support for various categories of investors and entrepreneurs looking for a safe business environment and promising investment opportunities.

Also, he pointed out that the department recorded 90 mortgage transactions with a total value of 182 million dirhams, where the highest mortgage value of 22 million dirhams was recorded in the “Industrial Area 1”. “Al-Yasmeen District” came on top of the list of the most traded districts, followed by “Al Zahia” and “Al Manama 14”. The “Lillys Tower” project topped the list of the most popular projects, ahead of the “Lavender Tower” and “Goldcrest Dream A” projects.
