“Ajman Lands” achieves 82% growth in licenses issued during the first quarter of 2022

The Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman witnessed a remarkable turnout from dealers to obtain its various services through the digital portal. Whereas, during the first quarter of this year, the department recorded a growth in demand for commercial licensing services by about 43% compared to the same period in 2021.

His Excellency Eng. Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, explained that the increasing demand for the department’s services in general and the remarkable growth of the number of new licenses, which was estimated at 82%, is a result of the recovery of the real estate market in the Emirate of Ajman and the increase in the flow of local and foreign investments in view of the available opportunities and facilities, that the Ajman government provides to businessmen and investors, in addition to the department’s success in achieving a comprehensive digital transformation, which effectively contributed to improving the quality of services and enhancing competitiveness in property registration.

Al Muhairi praised the pivotal role of the department’s strategic partners and the efficiency of the electronic linkage with them, which made it easier for customers to complete all their transactions from one place, around the clock, without the need to physically approach the department, stressing that the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulatory was always keen to involve its customers in all stages of developing its services in order to ensure the provision of distinct modern services that meets their needs and helps them to carry out their business with ease and within a safe environment that lives up to the expectations.
