The Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman participated in the “MEFMA Confex” Conference, which is considered one of the most prominent conferences specialized in the field of facilities management in the Middle East region.

During the conference, which was held at the JW Marriott Hotel in Dubai, the Department was honored and awarded the Strategic Partner Shield, in appreciation of its prominent role in regulating the real estate sector in Ajman and its fruitful partnership with the Middle East Facility Management Association (MEFMA), in addition to its distinguished practices that have contributed to enhancing the performance of facilities management companies.

Mr. Saeed Al Matrooshi, Director of the Real Estate Projects Department, praised the strategic partnership between the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation and the Middle East Facility Management Association, affirming the Department’s keenness to adopt modern methodologies and advanced working mechanisms that help elevate the quality of services in residential facilities and develop them in line with the rapid growth pace witnessed by the real estate sector in the Emirate of Ajman.
