His Excellency Eng. Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director General of the Department of Lands and Real Estate Regulation, stressed the importance of enhancing the quality of services and providing an exceptional experience for customers by relying on technology and the latest techniques and innovative modern methods in the fields of government work.

This came during the launch of the department’s new digital service “Virtual Real Estate Assistant” as part of its participation in GITEX 2024 within the Ajman Government platform.

The Director General of the Department of Lands and Real Estate Regulation explained that the “Virtual Real Estate Assistant” helps users quickly access information about the department and its various services by relying on artificial intelligence and “Chat GPT” technology, which enables the possibility of rapid and effective interaction with users and provides them with an integrated digital experience.
