“Ajman Lands” Holds Customer Council to Eliminate Bureaucracy
As part of its efforts to eliminate bureaucracy and enhance the quality of services, the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation held a “Customer Council” with the participation of representatives from government and private entities, along with a number of customers and employees from various departments.
The session discussed ways to develop services and enhance institutional efficiency through an integrated approach that ensures a smooth and comfortable experience for customers. The discussions focused on the strategy to develop the “Own in Ajman” package and the role of strategic partners in achieving the desired objectives.
His Excellency Engineer Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, stated that the Customer Council is an opportune platform to anticipate the future of the real estate sector and to develop a comprehensive vision for designing proactive service packages that keep pace with the rapid pace of development and meet customers’ aspirations.
He affirmed that the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation has made significant strides in its journey towards eliminating bureaucracy, simplifying procedures, and developing work methods, by focusing on customers’ perspectives and involving them in the design and improvement of services. He also highlighted the importance of providing proactive services characterized by high quality and efficiency, enriching the customer experience, and ensuring all means of comfort and convenience are available to them.
