His Excellency Eng. Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director General of the Department of Lands and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman, confirmed that real estate transactions during last July achieved a growth of 52% compared to the same period in 2022. He explained that the month of July witnessed the registration of 948 real estate transactions with a total value of 1.4 billion dirhams, while the total volume of trades was estimated at 1.03 billion dirhams, where “Al Nakheel 2” witnessed the highest sale value of 136 million dirhams.

Al Muhairi said that the real estate market in Ajman continued its upward trajectory and achieved exceptional numbers thanks to the ideal investment advantages and the attractive and stimulating business environment for investors, stressing that the real estate leap is a reflection of the comprehensive boom in the emirate in various vital fields thanks to the insightful vision of the wise leadership and its supportive decisions that contributed significantly to enhancing the attractiveness of the Emirate of Ajman and its success in attracting more foreign investments. He pointed out that the department recorded 144 mortgage transactions with a total value of 177 million dirhams, where the highest mortgage value was recorded at 9.16 million dirhams in the “Al Rashidiya 1” area, and “Al Yasmeen” came on top of the list of the most heavily traded neighborhoods, followed by “Al Zahia” and “Al Helio 2”. The “Corniche Residency” project topped the list of the most actively traded major projects, ahead of the “City Towers” and “Ajman One” projects.
