H. E. Engineer Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, the Director General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman, announced that the number of real estate assessment transactions during last September reached 98 transactions with a total value of about 322 million dirhams.

He confirmed that residential properties gained the largest share of the total value of the assessment at 115 million dirhams, an increase of 33.33%, ahead of industrial properties at 111 million dirhams, while commercial properties ranked third with 94.4 million dirhams.

The Director General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation indicated that the assessment transactions for long-term golden residencies for investors increased by 4% compared to last August, as September witnessed 87 transactions with 270.8 million dirhams. He stated that the real estate report also included personal assessment transactions, as well as courts and institutions assessment.
