Ajman Lands Invites Customers to Extract Digital Ownership through the UAE PASS Application

His Excellency Engineer Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman, affirmed the department’s keenness, in cooperation with its strategic partners, to improve the customers’ journey and develop innovative solutions and modern digital work methods that support the vision of the wise leadership and its tireless efforts to raise the level of government work performance and provide integrated services that live up to the aspirations of the country. Various groups involved.

 

He pointed out that the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation has uploaded three main digital documents to the digital wallet of the United Arab Emirates, where owners can now obtain the title deed, an initial registration certificate for a real estate unit, and a certificate of ownership of a real estate unit directly through the digital ID application, UAE PASS, calling on all customers to benefit from the innovative services provided by the Department through the digital wallet, especially extracting the digital ownership document and verifying its authenticity.

 

Al Muhairi explained that the Department is the first entity in the Emirate of Ajman to join the UAE’s digital wallet, which enhances its efforts for a sustainable future based on technology and innovation. He stressed that using the digital wallet provides government documents through a unified national platform, reduces time and effort for customers, and ensures the provision of reliable and updated data and documents  from the source and with the highest levels of security and follow-up.
