Abdulaziz bin Humaid Al Nuaimi receives the “Certificate of the International Standard for Customers’ Experience”

Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Chairman of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman, received the “International Standard for Customer Experience ICXS: 2019” certificate, which the Department obtained with a score of 94.8%, after its success in achieving total quality in the field of customers’ service and its excellence in improving the customers’ experience and providing them with integrated services in accordance with modern methods and an advanced work system.

The Chairman of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation said that obtaining this prestigious certificate confirms the level of maturity and progress reached by the Department in the field of customers’ service and its strategic orientation towards comprehensive excellence, which is based primarily on achieving customer happiness and enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the services provided in a modern manner and international standards that serve the department’s goals and future vision.

His Highness also praised the remarkable development in the quality of the department’s services, thanks to the digital transformation, which greatly contributed to improving the experience of customers on various channels and raising the level of their satisfaction, given the ease and speed of obtaining the service, as well as the accuracy of the procedures that were carefully designed to keep pace with the development of government performance in the Emirate of Ajman, stressing on the need to achieve continuous development and improvement of the customers’ journey based on innovative work methodologies that depend on the opinions and suggestions of customers and allow them to participate in the design of services to meet their desires and requirements.

Ajman Lands solve 98.64% of the total complaints related to real estate offices

The Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman carried out during the year 2021 (530) inspection campaigns on real estate offices in the emirate, within the framework of its monitoring role over the real estate market and raising the efficiency of services provided by real estate offices.

His Excellency Eng. Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, praised the efforts of real estate office owners, investors and dealers to ensure compliance with the laws and legislations related to the practice of real estate activities, stressing the success of the Department in resolving 146 complaints during the year 2021 at a rate of 98.64% of the total complaints related to real estate offices and owners, which enhances the confidence of all concerned groups in the regulatory and oversight role played by the department and supports endeavors and efforts aimed at establishing transparency, preserving the rights of owners and investors, and providing a safe and stable investment environment that effectively contributes to supporting the economic movement in the Emirate of Ajman.

 

 

1.3 billion dirhams, the volume of real estate transactions in Ajman during January 2022

The Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman announced the registration of 938 real estate transactions during January of this year, in a total value of 1.3 billion dirhams, a growth of 34% compared to the same period in 2021, and the trading volume reached 806 million dirhams out of a total of 735 real estate transactions, with the highest transaction value recorded in Al-Zawra area, in a value of 29.5 million dirhams.

His Excellency Eng. Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, stressed that the real estate sector in the Emirate of Ajman is witnessing an increasing pace of growth and achieving high performance and positive levels that reflect the confidence of investors and confirm the emirate’s ability to attract more quality investments that support the local economy and contribute to achieving sustainable development.

Al Muhairi explained that the department recorded 93 mortgage transactions in a total value of 363 million dirhams, where the highest mortgage value of 126 million dirhams was recorded in the “Al Rashidiya 3” area, and “Al-Yasmeen” neighborhood came on top of the list of the most traded neighborhoods, followed by “Al-Amrah” and “Al-Jurf Industrial 2” respectively, and the “Horizon A Towers” project topped the list of the most traded projects ahead of the “Ajman One” and “Horizon C Towers” projects.

The Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman announced that the number of real estate transactions amounted to 790 real estate transactions with a total value estimated at 804 million dirhams, while the total volume of real estate transactions amounted to 695 million dirhams.

His Excellency Eng. Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, said that the Emirate of Ajman succeeded in building a solid base for the advancement of the real estate sector within an integrated economic system that serves investors in all sectors, by relying on advanced government work systems and innovative digital solutions that had a great role in reducing the time and efforts for the investors and boosted their confidence, which reflected positively on developing the business environment, increasing the volume of investments and supporting the economy.

The report revealed that the highest pledged value was recorded in “Rumaila 3” at a value of 97 million dirhams, while the highest mortgage value was recorded at a value of 22.7 million dirhams in the “Al Nuaimiya 1” area whereas the “Al Zahya” district came on top of the list of the districts with the highest circulation succeeded by each of “Al Yasmin” and “Al Aliyah” districts, respectively.
