Ajman Land holds a coordination meeting with Etihad Water and Electricity
The Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman and Etihad Water and Electricity discussed during a coordinating meeting the challenges facing developers in real estate projects in the Emirate of Ajman and reviewed the solutions and proposals submitted by the two parties.
His Excellency Eng. Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, stressed the Department’s keenness to strengthen its strategic partnership with real estate development companies by providing the necessary support to developers and overcoming all the challenges they face in order to ensure the implementation of real estate projects and their delivery in accordance with the standards and deadlines. He noted the positive cooperation and fruitful coordination with Etihad Water and Electricity and its effective role in facilitating the work of real estate developers and providing them with the best services.
During the meeting, which was chaired by His Excellency Eng. Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, ways to enhance joint cooperation and intensify efforts to overcome obstacles and challenges facing developers and investors and review solutions provided by both parties in order to facilitate and accelerate the pace of real estate project completion were discussed. Economic packages provided by Etihad Water and electricity for the category of developers and investors, including tariff fees on freehold facilities and connection fees were also discussed.
