His Excellency Eng. Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman, said that the real estate market in the emirate witnessed 1,125 real estate transactions during the month of March, with a total value of 1.06 billion dirhams, with a growth of 29% compared to February 2022. He also indicated that the Department recorded 935 transactions with a total of 726 million dirhams, whereas the “Sanaiya 2” area witnessed the highest sale value at 27 million dirhams.
The Director General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation stated that the real estate market in the Emirate of Ajman continues its upward performance in view of the positive statistics and numbers that it achieved compared to last month, which confirms the status and importance of the real estate sector among the economic sectors that are also witnessing remarkable growth and continuous recovery thanks to the effective government strategies and plans that have contributed Directly in improving the performance of various sectors and providing a flexible and stimulating investment environment that supports investors and enhances their confidence.
Al Muhairi indicated that the Department recorded 128 mortgage transactions in a total value of 248 million dirhams, whereas the highest mortgage value of 60 million dirhams was recorded in the “Al-Hamidiah 2” area, and the “Al-Yasmeen” neighborhood came at the top of the list of the most traded neighborhoods, followed by the “Al Zahia” and the “Al Manama” 14″.
