729 real estate transactions worth 1.13 billion dirhams were registered during September in Ajman


The Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman confirmed that the number of real estate transactions increased during September by 24.82% compared to August, announcing the registration of 729 real estate transactions with a total value of 1.13 billion dirhams, while the total volume of real estate tradings amounted to 725 million dirhams recorded through 584 trading operations. .

H.E. Eng. Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director-General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, said that the Emirate of Ajman is witnessing a positive real estate activity, as the real estate market recorded an increase in the number and value of real estate transactions. This gives a strong indication of the strength and solidity of the real estate sector and confirms the attractiveness of the investment climate in Ajman and its suitability to the aspirations of investors and businessmen.

Al Zahia district topped the list of the most traded districts, followed by “Al-Yasmeen” and “Al-Alia”. The highest sale value was estimated at 35 million dirhams in “Al Helio 1”. The real estate report also revealed that 90 mortgage transactions were recorded, the highest of which was estimated at 25 million dirhams for the land category and 3.1 million dirhams for the category of residential real estate units.
