Sheikh Abdulaziz Bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, Chairman of the Department of Lands and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman, honored the distinguished employees of the department after announcing the results of the first evaluation session of the “Abdulaziz Bin Humaid Al Nuaimi Excellence Program”, which was launched by the Department of Lands and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman at the beginning of 2019 as a method Internal employee motivation.
The honoring ceremony that was held at the Fairmont Ajman Hotel witnessed a large number of officials, important personalities and partners, during which the arbitrators and distinguished employees who obtained the special categories of the program were honored and gave them the opportunity to win the medals of the head of the department, which is the Medal of the Distinguished Director of the Department and the Medal of the Distinguished Division Head and the Medal of Administrative Support The Field and Specialist Medal, the Customer Happiness Medal, the New Employee Medal, the Innovative Employee Medal, and the Community Employee Medal in addition to the accredited core categories, which are the Distinguished Administration category and won by the Real Estate Projects Department and the Distinguished Division category G won by the Finance Department and the Distinguished Project Work Team category and the Real Estate Classification Project and the Distinguished Initiative Work Team category won it and the Competition Initiative in Property Registration won، this program aims to improve the performance indicators of organizational units in the department and improve the mechanisms of institutional work, in addition to appreciating those efforts and urging employees to give constantly. Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Humaid said after the honoring ceremony that the launch of the program came to establish a culture of excellence among employees and the application of best practices in the field of motivating and appreciating the distinguished and developing institutional performance in accordance with a scientific methodology and carefully studied criteria that were developed to ensure transparency and fairness in evaluation.He stressed that the Land and Real Estate Regulatory Department includes promising young talents that will contribute effectively to achieving the department’s vision and elevating it to the ranks of the most distinguished and creative departments.
He praised the Land Department’s distinguished performance in achieving the vision of the Emirate of Ajman 2021 and its obtaining advanced international centers in several fields, which reflects the role of employees and their diligence in work and their eagerness to achieve leadership always and expressed thanks and gratitude to the work team, wishing more excellence and achievements.
For his part, Abdulaziz bin Nasser Al-Nuaimi, Director General of the Department, stressed the leadership’s keenness and continuous support to make employees happy and appreciate their efforts.
