The Department of Lands and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman declared registering 855 real estate transactions during March, with a total value of 974 million dirhams, while the trading volume reached 649 million dirhams. The highest sales value was recorded in “Al Ameera” area, with a value of 44.5 million dirhams.

H.E. Eng. Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, the Director General of the Department of Lands and Real Estate Regulation, said that the results shown by the monthly real estate report confirm that the real estate market in Ajman continues its upward course, which reflects the confidence of investors and the increase in direct demand for real estate in view of the various investment opportunities that are appropriate to the aspirations and needs of different categories of investors, which is one of the most important factors that attract more investments to the real estate sector in Ajman.

Al Muhairi added that the department recorded 177 mortgage transactions with a total of 170 million dirhams. The highest mortgage value of 5.6 million dirhams was recorded in “Al Jurf Industrial 3” area, where “Al Yasmeen” neighborhood went on the top of the list of the most traded neighborhoods, followed by “Al Zahia” and “Al Bahia”. The “Emirates City” project topped the list of the most actively traded major projects, ahead of both “Ajman” and “Garden City” projects.
