Ajman Real Estate Investment Exhibition concludes with 336 transactions of 195.8 million dirhams
343% increase in the value of transactions compared to the last edition
The second edition of the Ajman Real Estate Investment Exhibition concluded, yesterday, with 336 transactions of 195.8 million dirhams. The exhibition, organized by the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation under the patronage of H. H. Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ajman, received 3,045 visitors over all three days of the exhibition.
H. E. Engineer Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, the Director General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation, confirmed that Ajman Real Estate Investment Exhibition achieved a record increase of 343% in the total value of transactions compared to those recorded in the previous edition. This confirms the success of this huge real estate event and the increased confidence of investors and entrepreneurs and their keenness to invest in the Emirate of Ajman.
Al Muhairi appreciated the effective contribution of the Department’s strategic partners, exhibitors and real estate experts to the success of the Ajman Real Estate Investment Exhibition, stressing that the Department was keen to provide an exceptional experience for visitors by setting a rich and diverse agenda that serves all concerned groups and lives up to their aspirations and needs.
The Director General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation explained that the exhibition witnessed the holding of 9 specialized sessions and workshops presented by a group of real estate experts and specialists on the future of the real estate sector and infrastructure in the Emirate of Ajman, as well as regulation and real estate competitiveness in the era of changes and other topics in the field of investment, real estate development and facilities management in the new world.
He added that the closing day of the Ajman Real Estate Investment Exhibition was an opportunity to discuss the role of governments and real estate developers in shaping and planning cities and to review the most important factors and components that made Ajman the “Emirate of Integration”. The closing session also centered on the efforts of Etihad Water and Electricity and its future projects in the Emirate of Ajman, in addition to the commitments of real estate development companies for delivering electricity to real estate projects.
