His Excellency Eng. Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman, said: “We have lost a father and a wise leader who devoted his life to the advancement of his homeland and the happiness of his people, so that his name was associated with giving and generosity, and history bears witness to his humanity that crossed the borders of the homeland to all the peoples of the world in order to establish pillars of tolerance and coexistence.

The advancement and progress witnessed by the United Arab Emirates is the fruit of the insightful and sound vision of the late, God Almighty wills, His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, may his soul rest in peace.

He took upon himself the building of a modern State that assumed a prominent position among the countries of the world and became a successful model at all levels and turned into a major economic power, strengthening its leading position and pivotal role in the world to become a prestigious financial centre and a preferred investment destination for investors and entrepreneurs, a qualitative destination for tourists and a destination for various peoples of the world looking for stability, security and decent living.”
