His Excellency Eng. Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman, confirmed that the United Arab Emirates is one of the countries in the world that cares most about the environment and has pioneering and distinguished experiences in facing the challenges of climate change, as the wise leadership supports international efforts and works to protect and preserve natural resources and enhance Environmental awareness among the various groups of society and all concerned institutions by involving them in finding sustainable and innovative solutions to face these challenges and to ensure a bright future for future generations.

Al Muhairi explained that the Department adopts an effective methodology to promote sustainability in the real estate field by encouraging real estate development companies in the Emirate to construct sustainable and more energy-saving buildings and to provide green residential complexes that are in line with the standards and objectives of the UAE’s strategic plan to preserve the environment.
