His Excellency Eng. Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman, received Mr. Walid Musa, President of the International Federation of Arab Realtors. During the meeting, which was held at the department’s headquarters, they discussed ways of joint cooperation between the two sides and discussed the performance of the real estate sector and investment opportunities in the Emirate of Ajman.

His Excellency Eng. Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi stressed the need to enhance the areas of joint work between the two parties and to benefit from the distinguished experiences of the International Federation of Arab Realtors, and to promote the Emirate of Ajman and highlight its pioneering experience in the field of real estate investment as well as the facilities and quality advantages it provides for investors and entrepreneurs at the local and global levels, thus contributing to Attracting more investments, supporting development projects and achieving positive economic returns on the Emirate.

For his part, the President of the International Federation of Arab Realtors expressed his happiness with this visit, praising the tremendous efforts made by the department in order to organize and advance the real estate sector in the Emirate of Ajman and enhance the emirate’s position on the global investment map due to its multiple attractive elements and advantages.

During the meeting, which was attended by a number of officials, the department’s development plans and its most prominent projects and innovative initiatives aimed at developing the performance of the real estate market and enhancing the emirate’s competitiveness at the regional and international levels were reviewed.
