In line with the activities of the month of innovation, the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulatory organized a workshop entitled “Design Thinking Professional” for the department’s employees, through which several methods were identified in the field of design innovation, including the implementation of design thinking methods associated with all stages of the problem-solving journey.

The head of the department, His Highness Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, was briefed on the progress of work during his inspection tour of the Customer Happiness Center, where His Highness reviewed the initiatives of the month of innovation, stressing that the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation is keen to adopt innovation and creativity in all its services to improve the experience of customers and enhance their levels of satisfaction and happiness.
