Launch of the Initiatives by the Department of Land & Real Estate Regulations as a part of the “Our Summer is Happiness 2025” Program

Today, the Department of Land & Real Estate Regulation launched two initiatives — “Digital Awareness Ambassadors” and “Youth Content Creators Platform” as part of the “Our Summer is Happiness 2025” program.

His Excellency Eng. Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director General of the Department of Land & Real Estate Regulation, affirmed that participating in the “Our Summer is Happiness” program reflects the Authority’s vision and translates its ongoing efforts to empower youth in various fields, enhance their leadership skills, and support them in becoming active contributors to society and to the advancement of the nation, helping shape a brighter future for the United Arab Emirates.

Afra Al Zaabi, Head of the “Our Summer is Happiness” Team at Department of Land & Real Estate Regulation, stated that the Department’s initiatives aim to stimulate creativity and innovation among participants, especially amid the widespread use and growing reliance on artificial intelligence technologies. She confirmed that interactive activities and specialized workshops were designed around the safe use of technology and the preparation of student ambassadors capable of spreading digital awareness among their peers in the community.
