The Department of Lands and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman received a delegation from Umm Al Quwain Municipality headed by Obaid Ghanem Al Saqal, Director of the Support Services Sector, to learn about the Department’s expertise in the field of Electronic linking of services and archiving of plans

The visiting delegation was briefed on the most important methods adopted by the Department of Lands and Real Estate Regulation to achieve comprehensive digital transformation and its distinguished experiences in improving the customer journey and its efforts in creating innovative modern solutions to enhance levels of satisfaction and happiness among various concerned Categories

During the meeting, which was chaired by Ahmed Khalfan Al Shamsi, Director of the Real Estate Registration Department, the most prominent digital projects were reviewed and a comprehensive explanation was provided about digital ownership and all the services provided by the Department of Lands and Real Estate Regulation through the digital wallet, especially since it is the first entity in the Emirate of Ajman to join the digital wallet of the United Arab Emirates.
