The Department of Land and Real Estate Regulatory in Ajman intends to implement a series of educational and awareness-raising workshops concerning the Law No. (2) of 2020 on the regulation of the real estate development in the Emirate of Ajman in the presence of the concerned parties in the real estate sector.
H.E. Abdulaziz bin Nasser Al-Nuaimi, Director-General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulatory in Ajman confirmed that a segment was targeted remotely to ensure continuous communication and full awareness of the provisions of the real estate development regulation law in the Emirate of Ajman. He calls upon those involved in the real estate sector to intensify their cooperation with the Department and comply with the regulations and legislation enacted by the Emirate of Ajman, to achieve a safe investment environment.
