His Excellency Eng. Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, Director General of the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation in Ajman, appreciated the excellent strategic partnership between the Department and Etihad Water and Electricity. He also appreciated the effective cooperation that resulted in the federal electricity being connected to many real estate projects in the Emirate.

Al Muhairi confirmed that under the directives and follow-up of His Highness Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, the Department has succeeded in connecting electricity service to seven real estate projects, and work is underway to complete the connection process for other projects in the “Emirates City”, as part of the constant endeavour to improve the level of well-being and happiness for citizens and residents in the Emirate of Ajman and to provide the best services to them. His Highness believes in the necessity of direct and continuous follow-up to real estate projects in order to ensure high-quality services for owners and occupants of real estate units and to create a suitable residential environment that meets their needs and aspirations, noting the positive cooperation and fruitful coordination with Etihad Water and Electricity and its effective role in facilitating the work of real estate developers and providing them with the best services.
